Please read and understand the terms and conditions before enrolling in any plan. By subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be communicated on our website.

Subscription Duration

The subscription period for each plan will be as per the plan details provided on our website.

Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, please note that all payments made during enrollment are non-refundable. Only in exceptional cases and at our discretion, we may consider refunding the amount partially or fully.

Payment

All plan payments should be made in full at the time of enrollment. Failure to complete the payment will result in non-activation of the subscription.

Subscription Extension

To extend the subscription to the next term, users must make the payment within one day of the plan's expiry date. In the case of the 7-day trial, the payment must be made before the plan's expiry date to avoid cancellation of the subscription.

Cancellation of Meals

Users have the option to cancel or reschedule meals as per the plan details provided. However, exceeding the allowed cancellations for plan extension will result in the plan expiring on the given date. For upgrades to longer plans, the number of cancellations made in the trial plan will be adjusted accordingly.

Delivery Instructions

For users residing in multi-story buildings, food packets will be handed over to the security cabin or near the parking area, after the delivery boy makes contact with them. This is to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.

Menu Changes

Occasionally, there may be slight changes in the menu or food items offered based on the availability of ingredients. Rest assured, we will always strive to provide a diverse and delicious dining experience.

Advance Notice for Cancellation of Meal

To avoid food wastage, users are requested to inform us about the cancellation of one day's meal at least 10 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Trial Period

The 7-Day Taste Explorer plan offers a trial period for new users to experience our culinary delights. The plan is valid for 7 days, and users can extend it for one additional day by canceling one day's meal.

Plan Upgrade

In case you wish to upgrade your plan to a longer duration, you can do so by paying the plan difference. However, please note that cancellations made in the trial period will be adjusted accordingly in the upgraded plan.

Refunds for Meal Cancellation

At Fdor, we want you to have a delightful dining experience. However, as all our meals are freshly prepared and delivered, refunds for meal cancellations are not available. We encourage our valued customers to utilize the allowed cancellations wisely and inform us about any schedule adjustments at least 10 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

While we strive to deliver meals promptly, please note that delivery timings may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions and traffic. Our delivery team will make every effort to avoid delays and keep you informed in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

User Conduct

We expect all our users to treat our delivery personnel and customer support team with respect and courtesy. Any form of inappropriate behavior or harassment will not be tolerated.
